Be aware that anyone has the ability to edit this page so be careful not to delete data that has already been entered.

*Important Information regarding GEL image*
LANE 6 has one band that is small did not show up. You should be able to determine it by knowing the total size of the plasmid and the size of the three bands that did show up.

LANE 9 has a small fragment that did not show up. Also, the large band in Lane 9 is two separate bands that did not resolve (the difference in size is ~75 bp).

I suggest everyone use the first gel for their report.

Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4: 7 uL of the plasmid (donated by section 104 groups 7 and 5) was used in each lane. Gel was run for 105 min at 90 V
